Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

2. Free Economy Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking available

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our professional cycling components and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The product isn’t listed in our non-returnable items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Bleed Kits (opened packages)
  • Brake Fluid (opened containers)
  • Bike Cleaners (chemical products)
  • Bar Tape & Grips
  • Brake Pads (if installed or used)

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 46 Munro Rd, Stirling, GB CH5A 6TT

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely with:

  • Original packaging
  • Printed copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Expedited shipping available for additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items (e.g., misaligned Alignment Tools or faulty Bottom Brackets):

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
